TSI Group, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of J.A. Reinhardt and Company
North Hampton, NH, August 3, 2009 – Today, Arlington Capital Partners, in conjunction with its portfolio company TSI Group, Inc. (TSI), announced the acquisition of J.A. Reinhardt and Company, Inc. (J.A. Reinhardt), located in Mountainhome, PA. J.A. Reinhardt designs, engineers and manufactures thermal and mechanical products such as avionics chassis, cold plates, complex electronic housings with integrated cold walls, heat exchangers and microwave antennas for the aerospace industry.
