Thermal Solutions, Inc. Names Gregory R. Tucker as CEO

HAMPTON, NH, January 12, 2007 – Thermal Solutions, Inc. (“TSI”), a leading designer and manufacturer of custom-engineered thermal management and electronic interconnect solutions, components and subsystems, today announced that Gregory R. Tucker has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the board of directors, effective January 15, 2007. TSI is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington DC-based private equity firm.

Mr. Tucker joins TSI from Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he was the President of the Global Control Technologies Portfolio, a business with 600 employees and three plant locations. During his tenure, the business significantly improved its operating efficiency and financial performance as a result of the processes, programs, and business development strategies that Mr. Tucker put in place. Prior to Thermo Fisher Scientific, Greg had P&L leadership of Praxair Corporation’s Thermal Spray Products and equipment business. He also gained extensive operations and commercial experience at General Electric.

Greg earned a bachelor of science degree with distinction in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a graduate of GE’s two-year manufacturing management program. He is a certified master black belt in Six Sigma.
