Riverpoint Medical, an Arlington Capital Partners Portfolio Company, Strengthens its Portfolio of Capabilities through the Acquisition of CP Medical

WASHINGTON, D.C., June 20, 2024— Riverpoint Medical (“Riverpoint” or the “Company”), a leading developer, designer and manufacturer of medical devices focused on advanced surgical fiber and regenerative technologies, announced that it has completed the acquisition of C.P. Medical Corporation (“CP Medical”). Riverpoint is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington”), a Washington, D.C.-area private investment firm specializing in government regulated industries.

For over 20 years, CP Medical has been a leading device manufacturer focused on specialty surgical applications and wound closure products for the surgical and animal health markets. CP Medical brings a robust portfolio of specialty surgical and animal health wound closure devices, including resorbable and non-absorbable products, which are highly complementary to Riverpoint’s existing capabilities and offerings.
