Washington, D.C. — March 21, 2012 – Arlington Capital Partners, through its portfolio company White Oak Technologies, Inc. (“WOTI”), today announced a merger with FGM, Inc. (“FGM”) to create Novetta Solutions (“Novetta”). Novetta provides high-end, mission critical technology solutions to customers within the Intelligence and Defense Communities and other organizations working with massive quantities of data. We can now offer a broader range of high-end capabilities, helping our customers ‘connect the dots’ to identify potential threats. Novetta’s core capabilities include information exploitation, cyber security, cloud computing and solution engineering. The company has approximately 350 highly skilled, cleared employees.
“I’m thrilled to join Novetta,” LaMontagne said. “With the merger, the company is truly an elite technology focused platform. Combining these companies’ capabilities, qualifications and expert employees dramatically augments their ability to serve national security needs. I’m proud to be a part of such a talented team.”
LaMontagne was most recently a leader in CACI’s cyber defense practice. Prior to CACI, he was President and CEO of Paradigm Holdings and a Senior Vice President at ManTech International Corp. He began his career as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer having served at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.

Arlington plans to provide significant additional capital to support Novetta’s growth plans.”
