Arlington Capital Partners Announces the Sale of Compusearch Software Systems, Inc.
WASHINGTON, DC, May 8, 2015 — Arlington Capital Partners (“Arlington”), a Washington, DC based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the sale of its portfolio company Compusearch Software Systems, Inc. (“Compusearch” or the “Company”) to ABRY Partners. (“ABRY”).
Compusearch is the leading provider of acquisition and program management software to Federal agencies, DoD program offices, and government contractors. Compusearch’s software solutions include PRISM™ for federal acquisition lifecycle management, TopVue™ for program execution and deliverable support, and SpectrumCLM™ for Government Contractor’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. All of Compusearch’s solutions are available on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis, allowing clients to implement solutions quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively.

The sale closed on May 8, 2015. Financial terms were not disclosed.
