Arlington Capital Partners Announces the Acquisition of ADB Industries, CGR Technologies and Thompson Industries by Portfolio Company TSI Group, Inc.

Washington, DC, November 28, 2007 – Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, DC based private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of ADB Industries (“ADB”), CGR Technologies (“CGR”) and Thompson Industries (“Thompson”) by Arlington’s portfolio company TSI Group, Inc. (“TSI”). TSI (www.tsigroupinc.com) is a world-class supplier of custom engineered electronic assemblies and thermal management products, enclosures and interconnect solutions for military, commercial and security applications.

Greg Tucker, CEO of TSI, stated, “With the addition of a west coast brazing center, TSI can better serve our customer base and offer even more turnkey solutions. ADB manages a world-class dip brazing and machining operation that will enhance TSI’s existing brazing capabilities. David Kane, President of ADB, stated, “We knew it was time to grow our business. CGR employs industry leading brazing technologies and has the expertise that will lead to best practices across all of TSI. Thompson has unparalleled advanced machining and vacuum brazing capabilities that will be the cornerstone of TSI’s west coast operations as well as add significant capacity to meet the increasing needs of customers.
