Arlington Portfolio Company Chandler/May, Inc. Announces the Acquisition of Aeromech Engineering Inc.

Huntsville, AL, September 11, 2009 – Today, Chandler/May, Inc. (CMI), a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of AeroMech Engineering Inc. (AeroMech), an engineering services and manufacturing firm supporting the unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) market. Located in San Luis Obispo, California, AeroMech provides aeronautical, mechanical, and manufacturing services and has delivered over 1000 fully autonomous UAS’ of varying types ranging from 4-lb battery powered aircraft to 150-lb jet powered aircraft. In addition, AeroMech provides many components of UAS and military command and control applications, including payloads, targets, and software systems.
