 Deneshea L. Phelps
Deneshea joined Arlington in 2005 as Controller. Prior to Arlington, Deneshea worked as the Controller for ISI Professional Services, a government contractor specializing in Real Estate Transactions and Network Integration. Prior to ISI, Deneshea spent several years in public accounting with a local CPA firm performing audits, preparing corporate and individual tax returns and providing an array of consulting services primarily for the government contracting and non-profit industry. Her career as a CPA began with Dart Group Corporation as Financial Reporting Manager where she spent four years doing SEC Reporting for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
Deneshea earned a M.B.A. degree from American University Kogod School of Business and a B.A. degree from Bowie State University with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting.
