Arlington’s Operating Executives have been instrumental in the origination and due diligence processes of potential investments, often identifying specific investment opportunities and evaluating them together with the Arlington team. In addition, these partnerships enhance Arlington’s credibility with business owners and management teams. Arlington’s Operating Executives also play an important role in building value post-investment, typically assuming the role of portfolio company CEO or another important role as a member of senior management.
