 Jesse Y. Liu
Jesse is a Vice President at Arlington. He joined the firm in 2003 and focuses primarily on the aerospace/defense, media, government contracting, business services, and energy industries. During his nine year career in private equity and investment banking, Jesse has closed leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and M&A transactions representing in excess of $2.0 billion in aggregate enterprise value.
Jesse’s private equity and investment banking experience encompasses a wide range of industries including aerospace/defense, media, government contracting, business services, energy, homebuilding, consumer products and apparel. Prior to joining Arlington, he worked for the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup Global Markets (formerly Salomon Smith Barney). At Citigroup, Jesse was involved in strategic advisory and financing assignments as a member of both the Mergers & Acquisitions group and the Global Consumer Branded Goods / Retail group.
Jesse currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cherry Creek Radio, Chandler/May, Inc. and Sports Information Group.
Jesse graduated summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Economics and concentration in finance, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
